DE C.V. is seeking a Grill Cook in Pedregal \- Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **CASA PRIME**, a well-established restaurant in the food and beverage industry, is seeking talented individuals to become an essential part of its kitchen team in the Pedregal area of Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City. ### **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook food on the grill according to the restaurant’s established quality standards. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Verify proper doneness for each dish. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service to guests. * Manage necessary supplies for the assigned shift. ### **Requirements:** * Completed basic education. * Experience operating a Josper or Broiler. * Minimum experience or strong interest in developing as a grill cook in restaurants. * Availability for on-site work in Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón. * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. * Commitment and punctuality. ### **We Offer / Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Meals provided during shifts. * Weekly tips averaging approximately $1,500 MXN. * Inclusive work environment and opportunities for professional development within the restaurant industry in Mexico City.
