Job Summary: We are seeking an Air Conditioning Specialist Technician with experience in HVAC system maintenance and knowledge of refrigeration for a collaborative and proactive work environment. Teamwork skills, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities **Air Conditioning Specialist Technician** Education Level: Completed high school, technical degree, and/or studies related to electromechanics. Verifiable work experience of 2 years or more in maintenance of: \- Air conditioning (HVAC) equipment: condensers, mini-splits, precision air conditioners, fan & coils, chilled beams, fans, exhaust fans, etc. \- Air handling units (AHUs). \- Chilled water units (chillers). \- Cooling towers. \- Chilled water pumps. \- Control equipment (variable frequency drives, chilled water valves, damper actuators, thermostats, transducers, etc.). \- Motors and electrical installations. \- Pulley alignment, belt replacement, filters, bearings, couplings, etc. Knowledge of: \- Computer and internet usage. \- Principles of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment operation. Skills and Competencies: \- Team-oriented and results-driven work ethic. \- Analytical ability and problem-solving capacity. \- Proactive, initiative-taking, and solution-oriented attitude. \- Punctual, responsible, and committed. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust shifts or hours if necessary. Performance Bonus: $1,640.00 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $15,900.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
