You will be responsible for contacting customers with pending payments, negotiating agreements, and following up on portfolio recovery, while maintaining effective and professional communication. Main Responsibilities: Telephone contact with customers for payment reminders. Negotiation of payment agreements and commitments. Follow-up on assigned portfolio. Recording of activities in the system. Requirements: High school diploma or higher. Experience in call center collections (preferred). Basic computer skills. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Valid documentation.
