Responsibilities: Posting and tracking job openings across various portals and digital media. Recruiting and selecting operational, administrative, and specialized profiles. Conducting competency-based interviews and coordinating assessments. Tracking and communicating with area leaders throughout the selection process. Supporting candidates through all stages of the process. Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
