




Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician for the Compounding Center to ensure the integrity and sterility of the compounding center through rigorous execution of sanitation, cleaning, and operational support processes. For this reason, we are seeking your talent for the position of: Quality Technician for the Compounding Center. Position Objective: To ensure the integrity and sterility of the compounding center by rigorously executing sanitation, cleaning, and operational support processes, thereby ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards in compounding preparation. Requirements: Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (QFB), Industrial Pharmacy (QFI), Pharmacy (Lic. en Farmacia), or Pharmaceutical Engineering (Ing. en Farmacia) (Proof of studies is mandatory). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality departments (Pharmaceutical Laboratories or Compounding Centers). Experience in simulated compounding centers or handling critical areas is highly desirable. Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Aseptic Techniques and Microbiology. Pharmaceutical Regulations: NOM-059 and NOM-220. Familiarity with NOM-240 is desirable. Proficiency in Simulated Filling. Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Responsibilities: Critical Area Assurance: Perform sanitation, cleaning, and organization of the compounding center and preparation areas, reporting any anomalies in equipment or furniture. Regulatory Compliance: Execute and document all activities in logbooks per GMP and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) guidelines. Operational Support: Assist the Quality Pharmacist in managing supplies (counting, PEPS-based storage, and warehouse replenishment). Process Control: Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and access techniques to controlled areas. Conditioning: Assist in packaging, labeling, and transferring released compounds to the distribution area. Safety and Improvement: Report safety, health, or environmental incidents and actively participate in IMS trainings and events.
