




Job Summary: This role focuses on client relationship management, service coordination, and commercial support, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer satisfaction and timely service. 2. Coordinate services and resolve incidents. 3. Support commercial management and customer onboarding. Client Relationship Management: • Maintain consistent communication with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and timely service. • Serve as the primary point of contact for handling requests, inquiries, and queries. • Monitor compliance with service level agreements and coordinate incident resolution. Service Coordination: • Escalate special requests or critical issues to the Account Manager. Commercial Management Support: • Participate in preparing commercial proposals, tracking contract onboarding, file management, and customer integration or renewals per the Commercial Manager’s guidelines. • Support the submission of information to Legal and Records for updating customer databases, contact records, and contractual documentation. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma - Professional Technical Education 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: 23 years or older Keywords: care
