Job Summary: Condominium supervisor responsible for property oversight, participation in meetings, report and maintenance plan preparation, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance plan development Condominium supervisor in the boroughs of Cuauhtémoc, Benito Juárez, and Miguel Hidalgo. You will be responsible for supervising approximately 10 condominiums and performing the following duties: 1. Meetings with the Oversight Committee. 2. Preparation of meeting notices and minutes. 3. Attendance and participation in General Assembly Meetings. 4. Preparation of activity reports. 5. Customer service. 6. Maintenance plan development. 7.
