Job Summary: This position focuses on ensuring excellent customer service, performing transactions quickly and accurately, and delivering the best in-person customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. In-branch and mobile teller customer experience Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by executing requested transactions promptly, accurately, and efficiently. Handle customer and user operations at the branch counter and mobile teller unit quickly, courteously, and error-free. Perform commission-based business transactions as well as social programs. Verify joint signatures for issuing cashier’s checks. Properly stamp checks upon acceptance or rejection. Deliver the best in-person customer experience: fast, friendly, and error-free. Ensure customers enjoy the best possible experience. BENEFITS Statutory benefits from day one (vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, social security, INFONAVIT contributions, etc.) Initial weekly salary of $2200, increasing up to $2400 weekly depending on performance indicators. 8-hour daily work schedule (8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break); schedules rotate weekly.
