




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with expertise in personnel and human capital administration, experienced in payroll, accounting, and the management of various platforms and ERP systems. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in personnel and human capital administration. 2. Proficiency in payroll calculation and payment, including special payrolls. 3. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, COI, NOI). Administrative and economic knowledge Experience: 3 years in Human Capital, personnel administration, and generalist functions Intermediate Excel proficiency Experience with SAP or any CRM Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation and payment. Special payrolls (Year-end bonus, Profit Sharing, Savings Fund). Management of unionized and management personnel. Payroll Tax (3%). Modifications to bimonthly salaries, as well as monthly and bimonthly payments calculated via the SUA system. Processing of employee registrations and terminations on the IDSE portal. Tracking employee disability types (handling ST-7 and ST-2 forms). Logistics based on employee files. Management of the REPSE portal and informative declarations submitted to ICSOE and SISUB. Management of INFONAVIT portals. Management of FONACOT portal. ERP systems: COI, NOI 9.0, and ORACLE NETSUITE. General accounting.
