Position Summary: Technical support for drafting and modifying drawings, developing 3D models and renders, and performing material quantity takeoff and budgeting tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Drafting and modification of AutoCAD drawings 2. Development of 3D models and renders 3. Assistance in material quantity takeoff and budgeting Drafting and modification of AutoCAD drawings Development of 3D models and renders Assistance in material quantity takeoff Assistance in budget preparation Organization and control of technical documents General office administrative tasks TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: AutoCAD proficiency (minimum 70%) 3D modeling (SketchUp; Revit preferred) Rendering software (Lumion and/or V-Ray, minimum 70%) Cost estimation software (60%): Opus, Neodata or similar Material quantity takeoff Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Word) Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
