Education: Technical degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be 25 years of age or older. Valid official ID (INE) and completed job application form. Responsible, proactive, and eager to work collaboratively. What would be your responsibilities? Supervise kitchen staff tasks, ensuring food quality and hygiene. Verify that food items delivered from storage are not expired, and that kitchen utensils and equipment are clean and in good working condition. Maintain daily control and records of ingredients used in food preparation. Conduct optimal kitchen inventory management. Ensure minimal waste (shrinkage) in the kitchen.
