Academic Services Assistant We seek to integrate into our team a committed and organized individual responsible for providing comprehensive student support and accurately managing students’ academic procedures, always in strict compliance with institutional and official regulations. Schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:00–19:00 hrs Saturdays: 10:00–15:00 hrs Salary: MXN $9,582 per month, tax-free Work Modality: On-site work Temporary Work Location Reforma Area, 10 minutes from Hidalgo metro station, near El Caballito. Requirements Completed high school education Minimum 6 months of experience in academic administration at the higher education level Excellent writing and written communication skills Experience supporting students via digital channels (email, chat, or video calls) Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Knowledge of SEP guidelines Strong digital organization and attention to detail Main Responsibilities Track academic requests Manage enrollment and re-enrollment processes Validate and safeguard digital student files Issue electronic certificates Update academic records and databases Create student files and manage document archives.
