Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and process payroll on a periodic basis (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). - Validate payroll incidents: absences, disabilities, vacations, overtime, and personnel movements. - Calculate severance payments, settlements, and payroll adjustments. - Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other government agencies. - Monitor taxes, employer-employee contributions, and benefits. - Address employee inquiries regarding payments and deductions. - Generate payroll reports and reconciliations for internal and external audits. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (completed). - Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Payroll Analyst. - Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, Income Tax (ISR), and SUA. - Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. - Prior experience with payroll systems is desirable.
