We seek committed, analytical individuals with a strong sense of responsibility to join the Finance Department as Payroll Analysts. The primary objective of this role is to execute and monitor the payroll process, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, and payroll incidents, as well as compliance with current labor and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and process payroll on a periodic basis (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). - Validate payroll incidents: absences, disabilities, vacations, overtime, and personnel movements. - Calculate severance payments, settlements, and payroll adjustments. - Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other government agencies. - Monitor taxes, employer-employee contributions, and benefits. - Address employee inquiries regarding payments and deductions. - Generate payroll reports and reconciliations for internal and external audits. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (completed). - Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Payroll Analyst. - Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, Income Tax (ISR), and SUA. - Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. - Prior experience with payroll systems is desirable.
