Responsibilities - Provide medical care and first aid to students and school staff. - Assess students’ health and well-being and identify medical care needs. - Develop and implement health and wellness programs for students and school staff. - Collaborate with school staff to identify and address health and wellness needs. - Maintain accurate records of medical and health care provided to students. Requirements - Valid nursing license in the state or country where the school is located. - Prior nursing experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting. - Ability to communicate effectively with students, school staff, and parents. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with other health and education professionals.
