**Education:** Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Administration. **Experience in:** Handling of BMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), handling of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), inventory management, supervision of operational staff, product scanning. **Main Responsibilities:** Manage product inbound and outbound operations Validate daily, monthly, and annual inventories. Coordinate shipments and loading/unloading operations Supervise, plan, direct, and control supply chain operational activities. Supervise and validate product receipt Validate product and storage chamber temperatures Supervise and coordinate the shipping process Validate inventory losses and write-offs Ensure all warehouse operations and activities comply with safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices standards.
