Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Specialist to map, analyze, and optimize operational processes—particularly in digital environments—to drive digital transformation and continuous improvement. Identifies opportunities for automation and digitalization. The Process Specialist will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes—especially in digital environments. They must document the current state (AS IS) and future state (TO BE) of processes, facilitating digital transformation and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Elicitation and documentation of current processes (AS IS) through interviews and observation. * Design of future processes (TO BE) aligned with digital operating models. * Development of flowcharts, RACI matrices, and supporting documentation. * Collaboration with technology, business, and end-user teams. * Identification and proposal of automation and digitalization opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related field. Experience in process modeling (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.). **Advanced English proficiency required (both oral and written).** Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
