We are currently seeking: Quality Control Management Assistant JOB OBJECTIVE: Manage, ensure, and guarantee the administrative development of the department through agenda management, information organization, and execution of administrative and financial processes in accordance with internal company mechanisms and policies to ensure operational continuity of the department. JOB FUNCTIONS: • Support budget management for the department by monitoring monthly expenses against the assigned budget and reporting variances to ensure the department remains within financial limits and optimizes its resources. • Manage vendor payments by processing purchase orders and invoices through the company’s internal system to ensure continuity of third-party services. • Organize team meetings and training sessions by preparing materials, arranging room logistics, and drafting minutes to follow up on action plans. • Administer personnel matters for the department by disseminating general announcements, coordinating the vacation program, handling requests for technological equipment, and managing related procedures to ensure compliance with established policies. • Arrange business travel reservations and verify corporate management expense reports based on specified requirements and itineraries. • Submit laboratory analysis requests via the LIMS platform to ensure required analyses are carried out by the department.
