Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor, assistant manager, or similar role * Experience in industries such as paints, spare parts, auto parts, or related products * Personnel management responsibility * Availability to perform operational tasks (e.g., unloading materials, inventory counts, cleaning, sales, etc.) Main Responsibilities: * Supervision and coordination of store staff * Support in operational and administrative tasks * Inventory control and receipt of merchandise * Customer service and support * Sales promotion and achievement of objectives We Offer: * Competitive salary * Commissions starting from the third month * Statutory benefits * Medical network coverage * Bi-weekly payment Interested candidates should apply through this channel and attach their updated CV.
