Ensure compliance with service standards and regulations **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation and distribution operations, ensuring timely deliveries, route optimization, cost control, and adherence to customer service standards. **Main Responsibilities** Schedule and coordinate delivery and pickup routes. Assign vehicles and operators according to daily operations. Monitor shipments in real time (tracking). Ensure on-time delivery performance. Manage in-transit incidents (delays, accidents, returns). Coordinate transportation documentation (waybills, invoices, etc.). Monitor performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. Verify compliance with transportation regulations (SCT). Maintain constant communication with customers and internal departments. **Responsibilities** Achieve service level agreements (SLAs). Optimize logistics costs (fuel, tolls, idle time). Ensure cargo and operator safety. Fleet control and management (owned or outsourced). Compliance with legal transportation requirements. **Technical Knowledge** Distribution routing and logistics. TMS (Transportation Management System). Mexican transportation regulations (SCT, Carta Porte). Fleet management. Advanced Excel. National geography and highway networks. **Education and Experience** High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years in transportation or traffic operations. Experience in 3PL companies.
