




Job Summary: Teletón Foundation is seeking a Technical Support Assistant to provide on-site assistance, diagnose failures, and maintain computer equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provides on-site technical support to users and classrooms 2. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment 3. Duties to be performed: • Provide on-site technical support to classrooms and users. • Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software failures. • Install and configure computer equipment, printers, and peripherals. • Assist in LAN and WiFi network administration. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment (cleaning, physical inspection, simple peripheral replacement). • Install and update corporate software. • Support basic installation or configuration of projectors or classroom equipment. • Track incidents in ticketing systems. • Provide support for equipment connectivity during internal events. Requirements: *6 months to 1 year of experience providing technical support. *Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (degree certificate and professional license). *Windows, Linux, or macOS operating systems. *Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). *Microsoft Office. *Basic knowledge of servers, virtualization, and information security.
