Job Summary: We are seeking a salesperson with experience in the construction industry for prospecting, portfolio follow-up, customer service, and quotation preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Site visits and field customer prospecting IMPORTANT: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in large-scale construction projects such as industrial warehouses. Must reside in the Tlalnepantla, Atizapán, Cuautitlán, Tepozotlan, or Tepojaco areas (no more than 1 hour away). Must be between 30 and 50 years old. (This position is based at the Cuautitlán Izcalli branch, Centro Urbano, Andador Austria) \-Site visits, either via public transportation or personal vehicle. (Field customer prospecting). \-Basic Office software proficiency \-Portfolio prospecting and follow-up. \-Customer service. \-Preparing quotations or delivery notes. \-Assisting with inventory after month-end closing. \-Meeting monthly sales quotas. \-Verifying customer payments to enable material delivery. \-Submitting sales and visit reports.
