Executive Chef **Polanco Area** **Position Objective** Plan, lead, and supervise the culinary operations of Petit Aitana Restaurant, ensuring **gastronomic quality**, compliance with **food hygiene and safety regulations**, cost control, and a satisfactory experience for patients, companions, and staff, aligned with Star Médica Hospitals’ standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and collaborative work. * Guarantee proper food preparation, presentation, and quality. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and current sanitary guidelines. * Design, standardize, and update menus according to institutional guidelines. * Control costs, inventories, waste, and kitchen department budgets. * Supervise appropriate use of supplies, equipment, and facilities. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to costs, quality, and operations. * Coordinate kitchen staff schedules, roles, and evaluations. * Address and follow up on incidents or complaints related to food and service. * Propose continuous improvements in processes, recipes, and culinary operations. * Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and administrative departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or related field (**degree and professional license mandatory**). * Minimum **3 years of experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef**, preferably in high-volume restaurants or institutional dining facilities. * Solid knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and recipe standardization. * Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Experience in leadership and kitchen team management. * Results-oriented approach and strong quality focus. * Excellent service attitude. * Flexible availability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (to be detailed during interview). * Statutory benefits. * Productivity bonus. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Discounts at Star Médica Hospitals and corporate partnership benefits. * Professional training and development programs.
