Handle payments and cash management efficiently. **Job Objective:** Deliver high-quality beverage service, ensuring proper cocktail preparation and efficient payment control to guarantee a positive customer experience and accuracy in cash handling. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar * Monitor inventory of supplies (liquors, mixers, glassware) * Suggest drinks to customers (upselling) * Comply with hygiene and food handling standards ### **CASH HANDLING** * Process cash, card, and other payment methods * Perform cash drawer operations (opening, reconciliation, and closing) * Issue receipts or invoices as required * Track tips and sales records * Report discrepancies or shortages ### **EDUCATION:** * **Education**: Completed high school (mixology courses preferred) **EXPERIENCE:** * 1–2 years as a bartender * Experience handling cash and point-of-sale (POS) terminals ### **KNOWLEDGE:** * Classic and modern mixology * Basic inventory management * Use of payment systems * Hygiene standards (H certification preferred)
