Activities: Request bulk meat cuts for processing into packaged products, marinated items, or portioned items — specifically for meat portions of 100, 150, 200, 250 or 300 grams. Vacuum-seal and label finished products; deliver production to the cold storage area, as well as portioned derivatives such as chorizo, cheeses, hamburger patties; proceed with packaging and product identification.
