A firm with extensive experience developing, managing, and marketing real estate projects in Mexico and abroad is seeking a: **Construction Manager** Position Objective Comprehensively manage and oversee construction projects assigned to you, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality standards, and scope compliance, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage human resources assigned to projects. * Plan project development in coordination with Project Management, Procurement and Contracting, Sales, and Finance departments. * Supervise adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Identify technical requirements and opportunities for cost, quality, and service optimization. * Implement controls and processes to ensure proper execution of construction works. * Promptly detect and report areas for improvement, omissions, or irregularities. * Ensure timely delivery of each project phase. Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (degree holder). * Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Construction Manager on horizontal and vertical residential projects. * Strong experience in comprehensive construction site management. * Advanced proficiency in: * Microsoft Office * AutoCAD * Neodata PU * CivilCAD We Offer: * Salary ranging from $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 * Statutory benefits. * Meal vouchers. * Job stability. * Professional development.
