On-site: Del Valle Centro **Benefits:** * Net monthly salary of $16,500.00 * Quarterly bonus based on metric achievement upon completion of the probationary contract * Bi-weekly payment * 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)** * Training and professional development opportunities * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Paid leave * Cafeteria service * Additional discounts of 10–70% at select cinemas, hotels, English courses, and more * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Statutory benefits **Responsibilities:** * Proactively search for and identify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, field recruitment, job fairs, and networking. * Execute recruitment strategies focused on operational, administrative, and priority vacancies. * Conduct initial phone or video interviews to validate experience, availability, salary expectations, and profile fit. * Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess experience, competencies, employment stability, and cultural fit. * Coordinate interviews with managers, chefs, captains, or operational leads, ensuring agile response times. * Maintain constant communication with operations to understand real hiring needs and possible profile adjustments. * Manage vacancies end-to-end, from opening to onboarding of the new hire. * Provide timely follow-up to candidates throughout all stages of the process. * Prepare and extend verbal and email job offers. * Review and validate required documentation prior to the hiring process. * Update trackers, reports, databases, and internal documents daily. * Provide periodic updates on vacancy status, risks, and priorities. * Conduct post-onboarding follow-up to verify attendance, adaptation, and early incidents. * Monitor recruitment metrics and time-to-fill compliance. * Participate in field recruitment as operationally required. * Represent the company at job fairs, partnerships, universities, or talent attraction events. * Propose improvements to recruitment processes and share labor market observations. * Support junior profiles when operational questions arise, without assuming formal leadership responsibilities. **Requirements:** * 3–4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or high-volume environments) * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Pedagogy * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Availability to work one Saturday per month (subject to performance and prior agreement) * Ability to travel to various business units across CDMX and the State of Mexico * Experience with MS Office and Google Drive applications * Valid documentation (INE, proof of address, RFC, CURP, NSS) **Preferred Skills:** * Practical experience with HR software such as Worky, Factorial, SesameHR, etc. * Experience working with databases or talent management systems (ATS or similar) * Experience in restaurant staffing and selection * Experience in volume recruitment * Intermediate–advanced English proficiency **Interested candidates: Apply now and we’ll contact you to complete a brief technical assessment.** Discrimination is NOT permitted at this establishment.
