Position Summary: BIM Engineering Project Coordinator responsible for designing and developing engineering and architecture projects using BIM methodology. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of engineering and architecture projects using BIM methodology. 2. Management of resources, progress tracking, and development of 3D BIM models. 3. Proficiency in BIM tools and collaborative platforms. **ASPECTOBIM Y ASOCIADOS**, an engineering and architecture design and development firm, is seeking: **BIM Engineering Project Coordinator (Engineer or Architect)**: * Coordinate engineering projects (vertical housing, industrial buildings, commercial facilities) across MEP, Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines using BIM methodology. * Attend in-person or remote meetings with clients and suppliers. * Develop milestone delivery strategies aligned with project schedules. * Establish project timelines for deliverables. * Manage resources to ensure timely and high-quality project execution per client requirements. * Track progress to support preparation and issuance of estimates and invoices. * Develop project initiation plans. * Anticipate issues and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts based on applicable regulations. * Develop 3D BIM models (REVIT) for all disciplines involved in a project: Architecture, MEP systems, Civil engineering. * Master BIM tools: Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit (Architecture and MEP), Navisworks Manage. * Master collaborative platforms: Autodesk Collaborate PRO, ACC, BIM360. Mandatory: Analytical, proactive, preventive, cautious, strong communication skills, and excellent professional image. Minimum age: 30 years.
