Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for preventive and corrective maintenance in airport VIP lounges, performing tasks related to electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and more. Key Highlights: 1. Responding to maintenance requests and coordinating work WE ARE A COMPANY DEDICATED TO PROVIDING VIP SERVICES IN WAITING LOUNGES LOCATED AT TERMINAL 1 OF THE AIRPORT AND AIFA REQUIREMENTS · Gender: Unrestricted · Age: 25 to 60 years · Education: High school diploma · Experience: 2 years in similar roles involving preventive and corrective maintenance, General Services, Electricity, Carpentry, Plumbing, Cabinetmaking, Painting, Refrigeration, etc. KNOWLEDGE · Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities: · Electrical and Hydraulic systems · Carpentry · Plumbing · Electricity · Painting and Masonry · Drywall Refrigeration and Air Conditioning RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Timely and proper execution of activities outlined in the Annual Preventive Maintenance Program, as well as corrective maintenance requests submitted by various departments, during assigned shifts, hours, and areas. 2. Daily review of electronic communication tools, internal communication systems, and physical inspections of lounges to promptly address corrective maintenance requests. 3. Conducting inventories of furniture and equipment within company-owned lounges. 4. Performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, waterproofing, masonry, painting, and other duties inherent to the position. 5. Archiving and securely retaining documentation evidencing completed maintenance activities. 6. Coordinating unscheduled work including painting, patching, upholstery, cabinetmaking, plumbing, electricity, etc. 7. Generating appropriate records to document performed maintenance work. 8. Assisting external vendors’ entry when maintenance is carried out by third parties.
