We are looking for a **kitchen assistant**, responsible and with an excellent attitude to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. Prepare and clean seafood and fish according to kitchen protocols. Devein, peel, and clean seafood while preserving its freshness. Assist in preparing seafood dishes and maintain mise en place. Monitor product quality and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Support the kitchen team at various stations as needed. **Requirements:** Prior experience as a kitchen assistant, preferably in seafood or marine cuisine areas. Basic knowledge of seafood handling and food safety. Strong teamwork and ability to perform under pressure. Flexible availability (including weekends and shifts as required). Minimum education: completed secondary school or equivalent certificate. Food handling courses are a plus. Languages: Spanish; additional languages are valued.
