BILINGUAL HOSTESS – AICM VIP LOUNGE Join a leading airport hospitality company! We are a proudly Mexican company with over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, operating in Mexico City’s main airports (AICM and AIFA). We hold international recognitions, including “Best VIP Lounge in North America,” and are ISO 9001 certified—ensuring excellence in our processes and services. · We are currently seeking a: BILINGUAL HOSTESS (Intermediate English proficiency required) Location: Last Wait VIP Lounge, Mexico City International Airport (AICM) · Required Profile Previous experience as a Hostess, Concierge, Executive Receptionist, Service Supervisor, or in similar roles. Intermediate conversational English (mandatory). Outstanding personal presentation and service-oriented attitude. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and resolve situations effectively. Flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules. High level of discretion, professionalism, and customer-experience focus. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to our VIP guests. Manage lounge access and reservation control. Ensure an exceptional experience throughout each guest’s stay. Coordinate with various operational departments to maintain service quality. Promptly and professionally address requests, inquiries, or incidents. Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction. We Offer Base monthly salary of $12,000 (gross). $720 monthly food vouchers. Statutory benefits from day one.
