We Are Looking for a Multitask Assistant (Operational and Administrative)! Are you an active, organized person eager to work? We seek a versatile profile to support warehouse control, e-commerce logistics, and general administrative tasks. · Key Responsibilities: Logistics and Warehouse: Receiving, counting, labeling, packing, and meticulous arrangement of merchandise. E-commerce: Managing, printing, packing, and delivering sales from Mercado Libre and our own online store. Administration: Invoicing, expense entry, procurement from suppliers, and customer/model registration in the system. Shipments: Creating shipping labels and registering customers on courier platforms. General Operations: Local transportation of merchandise, dead file management, and maintaining order/cleanliness. · Requirements: Proactivity and Flexibility: Ability to alternate between physical and office-based work. Physical Stamina: Dexterity to lift, move, and transport boxes of various sizes. Organization: Exceptional orderliness, attention to detail, and commitment to completing tasks.
