We continuously innovate in a sustainable and responsible manner by using human and natural resources rationally for future generations. **FOR ROUTE OPENING** WE SEEK: **RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE\- FIELD** **Work Area: AZCAPOTZALCO** **Requirements** * Experience in door-to-door sales. * Retail channel. * Minimum one year of driving experience with a valid driver's license. * **Customer acquisition and prospecting.** * Job-related responsibilities. * **Personal vehicle required.** * Prior door-to-door sales experience or background in the hardware industry (preferred). * Achieve sales and collection targets. * Manage the full sales cycle with each customer (negotiation, sales, collections, compensation, and warranties). * Ensure proper product assortment and timely order delivery. * Conduct negotiations to optimize sales (customer consulting). * Execute commercial strategies, campaigns, and initiatives defined by management. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding distributors (customer registration, credit authorization, invoicing, agreements). * Report on competitor activities and business opportunities within your region. **We offer:** * SALARY $9451 \+ COMMISSIONS * Excellent work environment. * Base salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Gasoline allowance. * Vehicle maintenance assistance
