Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to support job posting, resume screening, interviews, personnel file management, and general staff support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support in recruitment and personnel selection processes 2. Administrative management of personnel files and labor documentation 3. Active participation in the induction and onboarding of new employees **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience * Availability to commute between both locations **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Posting job vacancies across various platforms. * Screening resumes and scheduling interviews. * Assisting with initial interviews (telephone or in-person). * Preparing and maintaining personnel files. * Supporting the induction and onboarding process. * Attendance tracking and report generation. * Managing certificates, employment letters, and contracts. * Tracking training sessions and performance evaluations. * Updating departmental databases. * Providing basic staff assistance and guidance. * Document filing and digitization. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm * Saturdays, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm **WE OFFER:** * Punctuality bonus * Statutory benefits * Biweekly payments * Position type: Full-time * Salary: $10,500.00 to $11,000.00 per month **LOCATION** * Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas #55, Local “K”, Col.
