**JOB OBJECTIVE** Efficiently execute warehouse activities including goods receipt, storage, preservation, inventory management, and order fulfillment, ensuring proper product rotation, traceability, and safeguarding in accordance with BAT’s established quality and safety guidelines. **FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Goods Receipt * Physically verify quantities, condition, and documentation of received products. * Record incoming goods in the system (manually or electronically). * Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or receipt errors. * Classify and place products in designated zones according to type, batch, and date. * Ensure appropriate storage conditions (temperature, cleanliness, security). * Adhere to storage policies such as FIFO / FEFO. * Support order preparation, picking, and delivery to shipping or production areas. * Review associated documentation (dispatch orders, delivery notes). * Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and internal audits. * Maintain up-to-date stock records in the inventory system. * Report variances or potential losses. * Apply safety measures and good product handling practices. * Comply with regulations applicable to controlled products. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Preferred: Technical high school diploma or technical vocational training. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse associate in distribution centers, logistics operations, or industrial warehouses. * Knowledge of inventory management and logistics documentation. * Goods inbound/outbound handling * Physical and cycle inventories * WMS system operation (preferred) * Good warehousing practices * Safety and hygiene standards **COMPETENCIES:** * Orderliness and cleanliness * Teamwork * Compliance orientation * Effective communication * Sense of responsibility * Process adherence and discipline **WE OFFER:** * Gross monthly salary: $11,000 MXN * Weekly payroll * Monthly performance bonus: $1,000 MXN * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, social security, vacation, vacation premium) * 5 additional paid days per year (4 personal days + 1 birthday leave) * TOTALPASS agreement (gym discounts) **DAY SHIFT, TUESDAY TO SATURDAY** **REFERENCE:** 2 minutes from BONPANE
