




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Executive to comprehensively manage the payroll process, administer personnel files, monitor attendance incidents, and ensure compliance with labor and social security regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of the payroll process and personnel file administration. 2. Processing of employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS, IDSE, SUA, and INFONAVIT. 3. Specialized support to employees and assurance of regulatory compliance. **PAYROLL EXECUTIVE** ----------------------- **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comprehensive management of the payroll process. * Administration and control of physical and digital personnel files. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS (HC), IDSE, SUA, and INFONAVIT. * Incident tracking: overtime hours, absences, variable pay components, and benefits. * Coordination of biweekly employment contract signings and supervision of weekly contractor agreements. * Document review and validation of regulatory compliance. * Database administration and updates. * Specialized payroll-related support to employees. * Ensuring compliance with labor and social security regulations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (degree certificate or letter of completion). * \+2 years of verifiable payroll experience (preferably in construction or operational sectors). * Technical proficiency in: * IDSE * SUA * INFONAVIT * Advanced/intermediate Excel skills (database management, formulas, information control). * High level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage high-volume operational staff. **WE OFFER:** * Gross monthly salary: $14,000 * Food allowance: $400 per week ($1,600 additional per month) * Statutory benefits from day one * Enhanced benefits: Minor medical expense insurance, life insurance, savings fund, payroll advance, department store discounts, comprehensive medical, legal, and personal assistance programs **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday–Friday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm * Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Location: Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX (10-minute walk from Polanco metro station).
