**PAYROLL ANALYST** **EDUCATION**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 2 years. \- **PROFICIENCY IN EXCEL** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recording payroll incidents and calculating payroll. * Calculating severance payments and indemnities. * Electronic stamping (timbrado) of payroll receipts. * Recording and tracking vacations and medical leaves. * Calculating and managing income tax (ISR), social security tax (ISN), and employer-employee contributions. * Knowledge of INFONAVIT and FONACOT. * General knowledge of the Social Security Law and the Federal Labor Law. * Resolving employee inquiries and clarifications regarding payroll payments. * Generating payroll reports. **COMPETENCIES:** * EXCELLENT service attitude * Effective communication * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Organized **WE OFFER**: $18,000–$22,000 NET PER MONTH \+ PBL **WORK HOURS:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM **LOCATION**: Av.
