Position: Human Resources Generalist
**Requirements for the position:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
* Experience in operational and administrative Human Resources processes.
* Knowledge of document control, personnel files, incident management, and administrative follow-up.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and administrative tools.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely follow-up.
* Ability to work under partial supervision initially, then independently.
**Specific knowledge:**
* General Human Resources processes.
* Administration and control of personnel files.
* Follow-up on incidents, personnel movements, and administrative controls.
* Onboarding, training, and talent evaluations.
* Recruitment, selection, and hiring.
* Document control for internal and regulatory audits.
* KPIs, dashboards, reports, and document traceability.
* Follow-up on internal Talent and Culture programs.
**Key responsibilities:**
* Understand and operate the administrative, operational, and documentary structure of the Talent and Culture area.
* Execute basic operational activities for assigned processes, ensuring order and compliance.
* Administer controls, personnel files, and documentation without critical deviations.
* Integrate into daily operations as functional support for the area.
* Provide operational follow-up on incidents, administrative movements, and internal programs.
* Maintain order, up-to-date status, and document traceability for files, records, and controls.
* Conduct operational follow-up on onboarding, training, talent evaluations, and organizational climate.
* Support authorized requisitions, recruitment, selection, hiring, and administrative terminations.
* Independently execute assigned processes as proficiency and role mastery advance.
* Serve as multifunctional operational backup for the area.
* Coordinate follow-up on programs, KPIs, and administrative controls without constant supervision.
* Identify operational risks and propose preventive actions.
* Implement administrative improvements and document control enhancements.
* Support internal and regulatory audits through appropriate document traceability.
* Ensure operational continuity amid increased demand or extraordinary requirements.
**Work schedule, modality, and location:**
* Monday to Friday.
* Working hours: 08:00–18:00.
* Work location: Tlalpan, CDMX, near the Hospital Zone.
* Hybrid modality after the third month of employment.
* Direct employment contract with the company.
