Financial Coordinator / Santa Fe
**Location:** Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City (On-site)
**Salary:** $20,000\.00 gross monthly
**Employment Type:** Full-time, Indefinite-term

**Work Schedule and Location:**
* **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
* **Saturday:** 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
* **Day Off:** Sunday.
* **Location:** Santa Fe, CDMX (It is mandatory to reside nearby or have accessible transportation routes to this area).
**Job Objective:**
To coordinate, supervise, and optimize the company’s financial flows. The incumbent will be responsible for budget analysis, treasury management, cost control, and financial scenario forecasting to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Supervise daily cash flow, revenues, expenditures, and complex reconciliations.
* Develop, monitor, and track the company’s annual budget and its variances.
* Analyze and interpret financial statements for executive reporting and monthly KPIs.
* Manage and optimize banking relationships, credit lines, and fund disbursement.
* Coordinate tax planning jointly with the accounting department to ensure timely compliance with obligations.
* Evaluate the financial viability of projects, cost analysis, return on investment (ROI), and risk management.
* Ensure compliance with internal control policies and organizational financial auditing standards.
**Required Profile (Requirements):**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Administration, or related field (degree completion required).
* **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in supervisory, coordination, or financial management roles.
* **Technical Knowledge:**
* Advanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling, basic macros, advanced pivot tables, logical formulas).
* Experience with financial/accounting ERPs (SAP, Oracle, CONTPAQi, ASPEL, or similar).
* Solid knowledge of financial statement interpretation, forecasting, financial ratios, and cost control.
* Basic understanding of Mexican tax legislation and corporate banking procedures.
