Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and Cleaning Assistant to maintain cleanliness, order, and perform general facility maintenance, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Job Description and Requirements: Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and order in designated areas, facilities, and general surfaces. Safety: Comply with all safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. General Support: Perform other support tasks as needed on a daily basis. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities: plumbing, basic electricity, painting, minor masonry. day. Ability to drive standard vehicles. Physical Condition: Capacity to perform physical work including lifting, pushing, and moving heavy objects. Disposition: Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
