




**ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR** * Corporate **administrative and tax services.** * **Location**: San Pablo neighborhood, Querétaro. * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, with occasional availability on Saturdays (as required by project needs or strategic initiatives). **Position purpose:** To strategically, systematically, and sustainably drive Organizational Development for the implementation and monitoring of initiatives that strengthen **organizational culture, workplace climate, team cohesion, and organizational performance.** **Key responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and update the **comprehensive Organizational Development strategy**, aligned with the company’s culture, objectives, and business growth. * Define, monitor, and analyze **KPIs** (turnover, climate, performance, engagement, competencies, leadership). * Support leaders and employees throughout processes of **transformation, growth, or restructuring.** * Design and implement **onboarding, well-being,** and team-cohesion programs (internal and external activities). * Facilitate **feedback**, development, and follow-up processes with supervisors and middle management. * Ensure proper implementation of **cultural onboarding programs** for new hires. **Requirements and competencies:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. **Degree certificate and professional license.** * Preferred: **certifications or courses** in organizational development, change management, organizational coaching, or related areas. * **Proven experience of 2–3 years** in Organizational Development or similar strategic roles. * **Experience** in **organizational diagnosis** using quantitative and qualitative tools. * **Experience** in designing, **monitoring, and analyzing performance and competency evaluation systems.** * **Proficiency in and interpretation of psychometric tools** for organizational diagnosis, leadership assessment, and talent development. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Additional benefits. * Bonuses and compensation.
