What will you do? * Execute complete recruitment and selection processes: posting, interviews, and coordination of onboarding. * Keep candidate databases updated and build a talent pool. * Participate in integrating new team members and support the onboarding process. * Support incident management, monthly reporting, and administrative movements. * Collaborate in internal events, integration activities, and organizational communication. * Be part of strategic Human Resources projects' development alongside management (processes, policies, culture, and work climate). What we are looking for: * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in administrative, retail, or corporate profiles). * Intermediate Excel skills and good writing ability. * Passion for teamwork, organization, and continuous improvement.
