JOB OFFERING: * Salary: $25,000.00 to $28,000.00 per month, gross * Statutory benefits + Life insurance + Continuous training * Professional development and growth within the company. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., 100% on-site RESPONSIBILITIES: * Development of strategic plans within the department to ensure achievement of objectives. * Ensuring payroll processing and employer obligations are fulfilled timely and accurately. * Ensuring vacancy coverage in accordance with departmental indicators. * Managing internal communication programs. * Managing individual development plans for various employees. * Meeting performance indicators. * Handling employee separations, as well as conciliation and arbitration appointments, as applicable. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position is mandatory. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Organization and planning skills. * Leadership skills. * Solid knowledge of Mexican regulations, Federal Labor Law, IMSS, IDSE.
