Calculation of bonuses and/or commissions, overtime, holidays, and rest days; calculation of severance payments and indemnities. * FONACOT processing: Ensure timely payment of SUA and INFONAVIT (employer contributions); reconcile IMSS active accounts against actual payments. * Employee support: Addressing payroll-related inquiries and clarifications, issuing employer letters and FONACOT letters, weekly distribution of payroll receipts, handling general requests. * Recruitment: Developing job descriptions (in collaboration with HR and direct supervisors), sourcing talent, conducting interviews, screening candidates, and managing onboarding.
