Join us, together we move the world we want to live in. **We are seeking**: Business Intelligence \& Support Trainee. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Commercial Relations. (*Recent graduates*). **Language**: English (*Basic/Intermediate*). **Experience**: Excel proficiency (*Intermediate*), as well as knowledge of Process Mapping. **Purpose of the position**: Ensure proper administration and facilitate sales processes, generating solutions for the commercial team. **Main responsibilities**: * Provide support and track original sales documentation generated by the regional team. * Coordinate vehicle dispatch for delivery to end customers with the logistics department. * Assist customers when they visit the plant. * Support preparation of expense reports for directors. * Track the release and return process of demonstration vehicles. * Provide information to the regional sales team regarding vehicles in production. * Track preparation of invoice letters and physical-mechanical letters requested by the regional team. * Validate specifications of sales in collaboration with the Sales Engineering department. * Update weekly and monthly commercial department reports. * Generate bodywork purchase orders. **Location**: Santa Fe Avenue, Cruz Manca No. 495\-Interior 20, Cuajimalpa de Morelos Borough, 05349 Mexico City, CDMX
