Warehouse Worker / Inventory Manager **Company:** Ejes Cardanicos **Location:** Tultitlán de Mariano Escobedo **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs.; Saturday, 09:00–13:00 hrs. (Sunday off). **Work Mode:** On-site. **About the Position**We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and strong-leadership Warehouse Worker to take charge of our warehouse. You will be directly responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, coordinating merchandise flow, and maintaining seamless daily operations. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as Warehouse Assistant, Inventory Controller, or similar role. * **Education:** Completed high school, bachelor's degree, or incomplete university program. * **Systems:** Proficiency in **Aspel SAE** or a similar inventory management system is mandatory. * **Tools:** Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). * **Key Knowledge Areas:** Theoretical stock control, maximum/minimum stock methodologies, and inventory audits. * **Inventory Management:** Coordinate and conduct physical inventory counts (annual) and periodic cycle counts. * **Merchandise Flow:** Daily control and registration of all incoming and outgoing items in the system. * **Replenishment:** Monitor and calculate maximum and minimum stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. **Desired Skills** * Excellent memory and visual retention. * Strong sense of order, cleanliness, and organization. * Leadership and ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity in solving warehouse-related problems. **What We Offer?** * Competitive monthly salary: starting at $14,000, depending on qualifications, * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability.
