GEPP, a portfolio development company of leading brands with nationwide presence and over 40,000 employees, invites you to join its great family: Position Name: RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR (PRE-SALES) Work Location: Texcoco Distribution Center (CEDIS) Talent Profile: * Required Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree (verifiable) * Functional Experience: Mandatory recent 3–5 years’ experience as a retail sales supervisor for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in the Traditional Channel (small grocery stores and corner shops), within beverage, dairy, processed meat, confectionery, bakery, or snack industries. Experience managing pre-sales personnel and overseeing an average of 14–18 retail sales routes. Familiarity with achieving sales KPIs. We seek ambitious leaders who enjoy selling and earning through a base salary plus commission; who embrace major challenges; and who build successful retail sales teams. We seek leaders comfortable working 80% in the field and 20% in the office, with flexible scheduling. * Technical Knowledge: Expertise in FMCG retail sales, trend analysis (sales), statistics. * Experience with Tools and Systems: Intermediate-level Excel proficiency for sales reporting and Microsoft Office suite. * Skills and Knowledge: Retail sales personnel (pre-sales) management, leadership, KPI (performance metric) management, administrative skills. * Technological Tools or Specific Knowledge: Intermediate-level computer proficiency. * Position Specifications: Work at a distribution center on an 80/20 schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 6:30 AM until end of CEDIS operations.
