We are seeking our next manager at ¡Ay Güey! **Premium Outlets Punta Norte** **Position Objective** Lead the store's overall operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achievement of sales targets, and team development. Ensure that the store's image, service, and operational execution reflect the brand's highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve and exceed sales goals. * Ensure proper visual merchandising execution in alignment with brand guidelines. * Supervise and optimize inventory management and administrative controls of the store. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (sales, tickets, conversion, UPT). * Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment. * Ensure compliance with operational policies and brand procedures. * Actively participate in recruitment, training, and staff evaluation. **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager (fashion, retail, or related fields). * Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree. **Knowledge in:** * Management of commercial performance indicators. * Inventory control and visual merchandising. * Team leadership and customer service. * Flexible availability, including weekends. * Positive attitude, passion for fashion, and enthusiasm for teamwork. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing Mexican brand. * Professional development opportunities. * Creative, dynamic, and purpose-driven work environment.
