Summary The Standard is seeking a dynamic leader to become the IT Manager at The Standard, Mexico City, scheduled to open in summer 2026 in the Tabacalera neighborhood. With 206 rooms and 27 branded residences, this new opening marks our first hotel in Latin America—featuring a rooftop pool, multiple bar and restaurant concepts, a world-class spa, meeting spaces, and more. The IT Manager will ensure that IT processes are executed optimally. Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external candidates. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing all technology within our hotel, ensuring that every department is supported by appropriate computer systems in accordance with the hotel brand’s and company’s standards. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related field * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Systems or Information Technology department within lifestyle hospitality * Prior experience in hotel lifestyle pre-openings or openings * Excellent leadership skills * Bilingual in Spanish and English
