Ensure execution and monitoring of established distribution processes and work instructions (Planning, Procurement) under your responsibility and that of your team \[planning, procurement, documentation] 2\. Guarantee integrity and timely reliability of information in TMS (OTM), processes, and communications under your responsibility \[planning, procurement] 3\. Generate route analysis and consolidation, validating that optimal alternatives are being used. \[planning, procurement] 4\. Measure KPIs for your processes and evaluate personnel reporting to you. \[planning, procurement] 5\. Track area-specific projects. \[planning, procurement] 6\. Validate on-time and accurate delivery of quotations requested from suppliers \[procurement]. 7\. Manage information and documentation with service providers \[procurement]. Distribution Coordinator – Administration 1\. Ensure completion of distribution analysts’ assigned activities under your supervision. 2\. Consolidate KPIs for your area (accounts payable, accounts receivable, evidence). 3\. Identify and analyze KPI compliance deviations and co-develop action plans with analysts. 4\. Consolidate and review pending order/route closures by vertical within your area and share with the area supervisor. 5\. Ensure client and/or supplier rates are up-to-date and accessible to analysts. 6\. Schedule periodic meetings with internal and external clients to reduce process deviations. 7\. Support month-end closing activities. 8\. Execute inherent area responsibilities (accounts payable, accounts receivable, evidence). **What We’d Like You to Bring** Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree Experience: 1\-3 years in route planning, rate management, and personnel supervision.
