VINOPREMIER: An e-commerce company specializing in the distribution, marketing, and sale of wine, spirits, and gourmet products, is looking to hire hospitality professionals — specifically Waiters — for its Wine Bar located in Colonia Condesa, CDMX. Candidate Requirements: * Education in Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook. * Experience operating kitchen equipment. * Must be proactive and self-motivated. * Teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Good hygiene practices. Job Responsibilities: * Prepare all dishes, portions, and tapas offered on the menu. * Develop recipes. * Supervise and record all processed food items supplied daily. * Clean and organize the kitchen daily, maintaining a hygienic environment at all times. * Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean. * Generate a report on food and kitchen product losses. * Place orders for food items required to prepare menu offerings. * Monitor food product rotation to ensure availability of fresh products at all times. The selected candidate will join a team dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting the company’s financial and operational objectives.
